ReachUp AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps professional photographers in Pakistan manage client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Our business model

ReachUp AI operates on a monthly subscription model. Photographers create a free account and can upgrade to a paid plan for higher usage limits and additional features. There are no physical products, no commissions on bookings, and no hidden charges — customers pay a fixed monthly subscription fee for access to the software.

Who our customers are

Our customers are professional wedding, portrait and event photographers — mostly independent photographers and small studios based in Pakistan, with some operating in the UAE and other Gulf countries.

The problem we solve

Photographers receive client inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram. Most of these inquiries are lost because replies are slow, pricing conversations are handled poorly, or follow-ups are forgotten during busy wedding season. ReachUp AI helps photographers respond faster and more professionally, so more inquiries turn into paid bookings.

How payments work on our website

This section explains exactly how and when a customer is charged, and what the payment gateway is used for.

Step by step: the customer payment process

1. The customer creates a free account on www.reachupai.pro and uses the service at no cost.
2. When they want higher limits, they visit our Pricing page and select the Starter or Pro plan.
3. A payment window opens showing the exact amount due in Pakistani Rupees (PKR 5,000 or PKR 8,000) and the plan being purchased.
4. The customer chooses a payment method — debit/credit card through our secure payment gateway, or bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
5. For card payments, the customer is redirected to the payment gateway's secure checkout page to enter their card details. We never see, handle or store card details on our own servers.
6. Once the payment is successfully authorised, the customer is returned to our website and their plan is activated immediately.
7. A confirmation email is sent, and the upgraded features become available on their account straight away.

Currency, amounts and frequency

• All prices are shown and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Charges are for a one-month subscription period: PKR 5,000 (Starter) or PKR 8,000 (Pro).
• Customers are only charged when they choose to upgrade — the free plan never requires payment.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.

What the payment gateway is used for

The payment gateway is used solely to collect subscription fees for our own software service from our own registered customers. We do not use it to collect payments on behalf of third parties, we do not process payments for other businesses, and we do not sell physical goods.

Security & refunds

Card payments are processed entirely on the payment provider's secure, encrypted checkout. Our website never stores card numbers or CVV data. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — a 7-day money-back guarantee — and service delivery terms are described in our Service Delivery Policy.
