1. The service

ReachUp AI provides AI-assisted tools for photographers, including inquiry management, message and caption generation, quotes, portfolio review, and marketing guidance. Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes others' rights.

4. AI-generated content

ReachUp AI produces content using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes and may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use or send it. We are not liable for the consequences of content you choose to send to your clients. You own the content you generate and are responsible for how you use it.

5. Plans, billing & trials

• The Free plan is offered at no cost with limited usage.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page, in Pakistani Rupees.
• Payment is arranged manually at present (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or card). Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
• Plan features and usage limits are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.
• You may cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruption.

8. Intellectual property

The ReachUp AI platform, branding, and software are owned by us. Your business data and the content you generate remain yours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReachUp AI and Neural Nest are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost bookings, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
