Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Brand profile: your studio name, city, photography style, tone and language preferences, and any sample captions you provide, so the AI can personalise output for you.
• Business data you enter: client inquiries you paste or add, your saved packages and prices, your logo, and booking values you record.
• Uploaded photos: images you upload for captions or portfolio audit. These are processed to generate a result and are not stored long-term on our servers.
• Usage data: basic logs such as which features you use and when, to keep the service reliable and to enforce plan limits.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the features you request (generating replies, captions, quotes, audits, and so on).
• To personalise AI output to your brand voice and saved packages.
• To manage your account, plan, trial, and usage limits.
• To send you service emails (welcome, password reset, trial and billing notices).
• To improve reliability and troubleshoot problems.

3. AI processing

To generate text and analyse images, your prompts and uploaded content are sent to our AI processing provider (currently Groq) solely to produce your result. We do not use your client data to train public AI models. AI output can be inaccurate — always review it before sending anything to a client.

4. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate: hosting (Render), database (Neon), AI processing (Groq), and email delivery (Zoho). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service. If we add optional integrations (such as WhatsApp) in future, we will only access what you explicitly authorise.

5. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not post anything to your social accounts.
• We do not access your WhatsApp or Instagram accounts unless you explicitly connect them in a future opt-in feature.

6. Data security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (never in plain text). Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. While no online service can promise perfect security, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and export the business data you've entered. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

9. Children

ReachUp AI is intended for business use by adults (18+). It is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you by email.
