Free plan

Our Free plan lets you try every core feature at no cost and with no card required — so you can be confident before you ever pay. We recommend using it first.

Paid plans (Starter & Pro)

If you upgrade to a paid plan, you're covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee:

• Request a refund within 7 days of your payment date.
• If you've made only minimal use of the paid features, you'll receive a full refund.
• Refunds are issued back through the same method you paid with (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or card), typically within 7–10 business days.

Monthly renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time to stop future charges — there's no cancellation fee and no contract. Because plans are month-to-month, we don't provide partial refunds for an unused portion of a month after the 7-day window, but you'll keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What isn't refundable

• Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
• Accounts that have consumed a substantial share of the plan's generations.
• Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms & Conditions.

How to request a refund

Email support@reachupai.pro from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request". Tell us your registered email and the plan you're on, and we'll take care of the rest.
